The First Post

Good Morning! Here I go with my first ever blog and my first post! When I created this blog (with the help of my dear new friend EW!!) I thought about crochet because that's what I most want to share with others - my love of it.  I'm certainly not a master (yet - I think I will be working towards becoming a master crochet artsit - will take some time) but I love what comes out of the yarn and the hook. I am amazed by the things that turn out- some right on and others, not so much.  My picture is of a hat that I made and donated to a woman who is part of the senior program at the place of my employment.  She is a lovely woman probably in her eighties and this hat fit her perfectly! I wish I could show you that photo but I do not have her permission.  However, I will see if it is still up on the OSHAF website and will try to post it. She is such a beautiful woman! I love to crochet and am learning to knit. So, that's what I will share. We'll just have to see what else pops up!
